Include this context

When reporting an issue, include the environment, endpoint, HTTP method, timestamp, request ID or correlation ID, idempotency key if applicable, and the response status. Do not include API keys, passwords, bearer tokens, BVNs, or live investor personal data in support messages.

Safe playground usage

The documentation playground targets staging. Use test credentials and test data only. Avoid running account creation or credit operations unless the staging business account and test wallet are prepared for the scenario.

Useful checks

For operational calls, confirm that the business is approved, the API key is active, the request uses the correct staging base URL, and required idempotency headers are present.
